Then, refine your knife's edge using any of Lansky's diamond or ceramic hones, and finish by polishing the bevel with a stropping hone.

Angle Guides: This precision knife sharpener clamp features four knife sharpening angle guides: 17°, 20°, 25°, and 30°. It allows you to select your preferred edge angle and apply it to any knife!
